On the side is the site before,
we installed a deck stairs with landing, a circular patio with tiered circular intersecting lawns, with membrane covered in golden gravel and slate.
This, a small garden in Pencoed, we cut down the hedge and trimmed the trees at the back, installed a fence, levelled all the ground and laid the patio and clay paviors. Again membrane and golden gravel.
Both these sites are roughly the same shape but very different in size. Using different shapes inside breaks up the overall perception of the gardens dimensions.
This Garden in Maesteg was completely overgrown and had been neglected for 20 years, it sloped severely and substantial retaining walls were installed.
